Error 500

Seeing this error indicates that the server has encountered an unexpected problem that prevents it from responding to the request. 

❓ When does it pop up?

When you're applying for a job offer, registering for an event, or logging into a Career Center.

(*You'll know you're in a Career Center if the link you are seeing looks like this: "___.jobteaser.com/")

🤷  What to do now? 

If you're applying for a job offer or registering for an event 👉 make sure to delete any "special"* characters.

(*Special characters = emojis)

Error 404

This error indicates that the server cannot find the requested resource. This can occur if the link of the page you've visited is broken or no longer exists.

❓ When does it pop up?

When you click a link or open a link that's been sent to you.

🤷  What to do now? 

Make sure to double-check the source of the link or open the link using an incognito page (accessible on your browser [Safari/Chrome] by typing Cmd+Shift+n (Mac) and Ctrl+Shift+n (PC) 💻

Error 403

This error indicates that the server understands the request, but refuses to allow it. You probably don't have access to see that content.

❓ When does it pop up?

When you have several tabs of JobTeaser open.

In other cases, this error pops up by accessing a back office link shared by an administrator, like a link for an event or job offer. 

🤷  What to do now? 

Log out of your JobTeaser account, close all your tabs, and log in again.

If your administrator sent the link that bears the 403 Error, please contact them directly again for the correct link.

Error 422

This error indicates that the server understood the content type of the request and the syntax of the request is correct, but the server was not able to perform the requested instructions. 

❓ When does it pop up?

When trying to log in.

🤷  What to do now? 

• Click here to delete your cache and cookies 🍪
• Log in again using an incognito page (accessible on your browser [Safari/Chrome] by typing Cmd+Shift+n (Mac) and Ctrl+Shift+n (PC) 💻
