The “Appointments” module lets you book sessions with your career advisor, whether it’s, for example, to review your CV, prepare for an interview, or get guidance on your career path.
❓ Why isn’t the “Appointments” module visible?
If the module isn’t visible, it’s possible you’re on the general JobTeaser platform (www.jobteaser.com) instead of your school’s Career Center (yourschool.jobteaser.com).
💡 Please note: not all Career Centers have this feature.
📌 How to book an appointment?
1️⃣ Access your Career Center.
2️⃣ Open the “Appointments” module from the drop-down menu (by clicking on your profile photo in the top right corner).
3️⃣ Select the appointment type you want and choose an available time slot.
4️⃣ Depending on your institution’s options, you may be able to book an online meeting or a meeting on campus.
⚠️ Availability: There may be no slots available. In this case, you can contact your career advisors directly to check if there are any other available times.
📩 Confirmation: Once your booking is approved or declined by the advisor, you will receive a notification by email.
📅 Viewing your appointments: Check your upcoming appointments and their status in the “My Appointments” tab, accessible by clicking on your profile photo or from your dashboard (the home page).
